When you use Cueple, we collect the information you provide directly: your email address for account creation, the text messages you paste to build your Voice Profile, the screenshots you upload for reply suggestions, and the details you share about each person you are talking to.
We also collect basic usage data such as when you log in, how many suggestions you generate, and which plan you are on. We do not track your browsing activity outside of Cueple.
Your messages and screenshots are processed by our AI system to generate personalized reply suggestions. This data is used solely to provide the service to you. We do not use your content to train public AI models, and we do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for advertising purposes.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, with encryption at rest and in transit. Uploaded screenshots are stored in secure cloud storage and are accessible only to your account. We retain your data for as long as your account is active.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your account settings. When you delete your account, all your messages, screenshots, Voice Profile data, and conversation history are permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.
Cueple uses essential cookies only — for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or advertising cookies.
